COVID-19 Policy for ALL EVENT ATTENDEES

Each attendee must be exhibiting no symptoms of the SARS-CoV-2 virus
and/or provide proof of either:

Full vaccination against the SARS-CoV-2 virus, 
including a single booster (if eligible) 

OR 

Negative COVID-19 test within 24 hours of the event 
(at home rapid tests accepted)

Please be prepared to provide the event check-in staff with one of the above for event entry.

Any event attendee who is unable to meet the requirements of this policy will be refused entry and no refunds will be granted.

While masking will not be mandated, masking ​helps reduce the spread of COVID-19, and a mask could be used while not eating or drinking.

Event attendees are aware of and understand that due to the contagious nature of the COVID-19 virus, attending the Event involves the risk of serious injury, illness, permanent disability and/or death. Event attendees voluntarily assume the risk that they may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by visiting, attending, or participating in the Event. Event attendees understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the Event may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of Event attendees. Event attendees voluntarily accept sole responsibility for any injury, including, but not limited to, personal injury, illness, disability, death, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that Event attendees may experience or incur in connection with Event and Event attendees participation at the Event.
