Call for Blog Submissions

 
 

Humanitas welcomes submissions of opinion articles, listicles, and essays on a variety of topics for publication on our online blog. Current areas of interest include but are not limited to: 

  • Craft tips

  • Business of Writing

  • Industry Trends

  • Industry Jobs

  • Networking

  • Screenwriting Tools & Software

  • Screenwriting History

We consider completed articles and only provide pre-publication copy edits.

We do not consider previously published submissions.

We strongly advise that submissions be no longer than 1000 words.

Simultaneous submissions are welcome, but please let us know if your piece is published elsewhere.

We do our best to read all submissions promptly and will contact you within one month if we are interested in publishing your work.

Contributors whose work is published on the Humanitas blog will receive $100.00 payment per article.
