JUST WRITE FOR THE HOLIDAYS 2024

Black Boy Writes Media and SuperSpecial, in participation with Final Draft, Red Bull, Screencraft, and Humanitas, presented the 3rd Annual Just Write For the Holidays event on December 11 at Hilltop Coffee + Kitchen - DTLA.

The event featured appetizers, signature drinks, DJ Set curated by Brian Henry, and a stellar panel that dove deep into the craft of writing for the screen, featured Anthony Sparks (Queen Sugar, The Blacklist), Felicia Pride (Grey’s Anatomy, Queen Sugar), Ester Lou (Good Girls, Diarra From Detroit), moderated by Amy Aniobi (Writer, Founder of SuperSpecial).

Humanitas hosted a Manifestation Wall, where guests could take a photo in our photo booth and then hang the photo on the wall along with a big dream for 2025. Photo gallery from the Manifestation Wall appears below.
