Humanitas is proud to once again be a Community Collaborator of NewFilmmakers Los Angeles. NFMLA is hosting its January Monthly Film Festival on January 14th in Downtown Los Angeles, spotlighting narratives whose perspectives offer us the world through the lens of aging characters, Kat Mills Martin’s debut feature WAKE UP, LEONARD, as well as a selection of highlights from their general program. With stories of age and aging, a fully improvised existential comedy, and an eclectic collection of short films to warm our hearts this Winter, this is an excellent event to kick off your 2023 New Year!
